Observing the rhythm and strength of your heartbeat, as well as the firmness of blood vessel walls, provides additional important information. Abnormalities such as changes in heart rate or rhythm, a weak pulse, or hardened blood vessels may be indicative of underlying health issues, such as heart disease.

The Heart Rate Monitor Plus app offers a precise method to measure your heart rate using just your finger and the flash of your phone camera.

The main functions:

• Fast and accurate heart rate measurement
• Save and analyze results on a daily/weekly basis
• Check real-time heart rate graph

User guide:

1. Place the tip of your index finger over the back camera lens and flash of your phone
2. Avoid pressing too hard to get an accurate reading
3. After a moment, your heart pulse graph should appear; keep your finger in place until the graph is complete
4. If your fingers are wet or too cold, the app may not function properly
